Overview

Champion Car Wash is a comprehensive POS and operations management system designed for high-volume car wash businesses. The platform includes mobile applications for staff and a Flutter-based Android TV dashboard for real-time monitoring. I led the frontend and backend modernization of the application, implementing offline database handling for uninterrupted billing even during network outages. The payment system supports multiple methods including NFC tap-to-pay and Stripe integration. I designed and implemented role-based access control (RBAC) for Owner, Manager, and Staff roles with different permission levels. The Android TV dashboard displays live service counts, job queues, wash duration metrics, and operational KPIs. Achieved approximately 65% improvement in app performance and smoothness through optimization. Participated in planning advanced features such as AI camera usage for vehicle recognition and automated NFC payment workflows.
